Staff Analysis of the Legislation

This legislation would allow the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District to study and to play for interbasin transfers of water from outside of the district area from a river with an annual average flow of at least 15 billion gallons of water per day at the withdrawal point, so long as the county from which the withdrawal point is located consents. |
